About Dr. Jay Spence
I’m a clinical psychologist with a PhD in digital health, deep subject matter expertise, and multiple peer-reviewed publications on digital treatment efficacy. I founded and scaled a healthtech SaaS company before a successful acquisition, and have since held executive roles (CPO, CSO) in global healthtech firms, leading strategy, product, and M&A integration. As a fractional CPO, I’ve advised startups to $300M+ orgs on product strategy, GTM, team leadership, and execution, drawing on a strong network and cross-sector experience across enterprise, healthcare, and tech.
